Under EU and UK distance selling rules, buyers from this coutries have the right to return certain items for any reason by contacting the retailer within 14 days. From that moment, you have another 30 days for the returned goods to reach our headquarters at your expense. Within 14 days of receiving the goods, you will receive your money back. Please note that if the goods are incomplete, damaged or dirty, your refund will be reduced accordingly or you will not receive it at all.
This rule does not apply to custom-made products, digital products, certain perishable goods and goods that cannot be reused for health or hygiene reasons and which have been removed from airtight packaging after delivery. We also do not accept goods that have been used and washed.
